These terms summarise how bookings with Noah Travel & Tours Pte. Ltd. (TA 03157) work. The complete terms and conditions applicable to your specific package — including payment schedule, cancellation and refund terms — are provided in writing with your booking confirmation. Please read them before paying your deposit.
Bookings & payments
- A deposit secures your booking; the balance is due before departure as stated in your booking confirmation.
- Package prices are per person and vary by room type (quad, triple, double) and departure date.
- Prices exclude the Saudi Arabia Umrah visa fee and personal travel insurance unless stated otherwise.
Changes & cancellations
- Cancellation and amendment terms depend on airline, hotel and visa conditions for your departure, and are set out in your booking confirmation.
- Departure dates and hotels marked "or equivalent" may be adjusted where necessary; we will always inform you promptly of any change.
Travel documents
- You are responsible for holding a passport valid for at least 6 months from your departure date.
- We assist with Umrah visa processing as part of our service.
